Luxury Apartments in Riverside Austin - 10mins to Airport

Amazing… great support with regards to entry codes and parking and facilities were excellent.. a great location too

Pros: Perfect location and well equipped. Parking was provided and security was great with access codes via email links

Cute & Comfy! Would definitely stay again

Pros: Loved the location and the inside of the apartment. We really had almost everything we needed.

Cons: The rugs in the bedroom are such a hazard we constantly tripped over them the entire time we were there. I had no idea why the rug was pushed past the wall it was curled up so much we couldn’t even close the closet door all the way. Some of the towels were a little stained and should probably be replaced. The only thing that was missing was some kind of cleaning spray or wipes. Also wish all the lamps were plugged in and working. The ac wasn’t working but thank god it was nice that weekend and we really didn’t notice until our last night and we were able to contact the hosts and have it fixed ASAP. The check in instructions on where to park and enter the facility was a little difficult to follow but once we found the assigned parking it was a breeze. Also wish there were instructions for the trash, I think the complex had valet trash service but we don’t know.

Tolle Wohnung, gerne wieder!

Pros: Las instalaciones y comodidad en general bien equipado y limpio

Zadowalający stosunek jakości do ceny.

Pros: Great value, space and location all made for easy access to local things while not being directly downtown.

Cons: Roach in kitchen.

Nice but could be better

Pros: Very clean and well maintained apartment. Modern amenities.

Cons: 1. The check-in process: The place where they indicated in a video to park my car contradicted what was stated in the same email. 2. Not clear details about alternative options to access the apartment from the new parking place. 3. Stairs frequently out of service (luckily I was on the 2nd floor and that was not too problematic) 4. My Amazon package (a medium sized box) was stolen from the apartment door while I was there. Neither the manager of the property nor Evonify assumed responsibility for this.

Very nice stay

Pros: Clean and roomy apartment. Close to shopping and Ladybird Lake walking trails. The washer and dryer in the unit was a definite plus

Cons: The IKEA furniture was cheap. We were concerned about the stability of the legs on one off the kitchen chairs and the back of the living room chair collapsed when I leaned back. It appears it wasn’t assembled correctly but I was able to put it back together the right way.
