Austin studio

Pros: The accomodation was perfect for the two of us with everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, soft towels, excellent wifi, plenty of kitchen appliances, free laundry facilities and a coffee station. The host was extremely good at communicating and accommodating to our requests where possible. The area was walking distance to everything we needed. The host had great instruction and helpful info on the fridge. Overall a great place to stay for a great price!

Cons: There wasn't anything that we weren't happy with.

Pros: Nice little studio. We had 4 people which was probably too small but great for 2-3 people

Cons: Medium walk to downtown Austin. Host was very quick and easy to respond

Pros: Very secure, brilliant amenities, extremely clean, check in/out instructions were very clear and accurate, private parking space

Really enjoyed our 10-night stay at this lovely loft apartment.

Pros: Location was excellent-a short walk from Downtown area and very close to Ladybird Lake. Lovely quiet apartment block. Really lovely loft apartment. Allocated Parking Space below the apartment. Apartment very clean. Very helpful and readily available host despite being out of the country during our visit.

Cons: Unfortunately it cannot be helped but the apartment is directly across from a huge construction site currently and there was very heavy drilling work going on every weekday morning from 6.45am. Toaster wasn't working fyi.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with virtually no noise from within the building or outside. The location is excellent, within walking distance or a short drive to either downtown or east Austin, not to mention the park along the river right around the corner. So it is a good base for accessing many activities while also having a quiet space to come home to.

I will definitely keep this studio in mind for my next visit to Austin. This is a great space for anyone looking to enjo

Pros: The location is great! Easy access to 35, but within distance so the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The building itself is very clean, well secured, and very quiet. The studio is well spaced, very clean, comfortable, and had great daytime light. The full kitchen and coffee bar were a plus. The owner was very communicative and available for any questions that came up during our stay.

Excelente estancia

Pros: Es un lugar muy acogedor y funcional para nuestra estancia. Cuenta con todas los seevicios para que puedas estar muy cómodo. Si vas en coche, tiene un cajón de fácil acceso justo abajo del departamento. Idan fue muy atento en todas las indicaciones. No tuvimos ninguna complicación para ingresar. Un punto a resaltar, es que estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Es una zona muy linda, muy cerca de la I-35 y el Downton.

Pros: A gentileza do anfitrião que nos atendeu muito bem e permitiu late check out, a decoração do apartamento, o cheirinho maravilhoso ao entrar e ter uma vaga da garagem privativa fez toda diferença. Sem contar que pudemos usar as máquinas de lavar e secar roupas do condomínio. As camas são incríveis. Excelente opção para casal.

Cons: O banheiro fica na parte térrea do apartamento, então precisa descer as escadas para usar. Mas nada que seja um problema.
