Pros: The location was chosen because it was only 2 minutes from my daughter's apartment. The unit was the perfect size and quality I wanted.

Cons: there should be a note on the listing that although there is a pool there is ONLY 2 chairs. We were unable to use the pool our entire stay because there was always at least one other person there. SUPER disappointing

Great stay next to the river boardwalk!

Pros: Very close to everywhere I needed to be. Nice to have a 7/11 close by. Loved being right next to the boardwalk. Cozy bed and couch. I saw bats take off at sunset from the river walk!

Cons: Couldn't find a water filter.
