RiverWalk PentHouse Oasis w/Free Parking Gym Pool

Pros: Fantastic duplex apartment, clean and comfortable and in a good location. Clear instructions from the owner and free parking.

Cons: For two out of our three day stay, the pool needed cleaning and was closed. We couldn't use it.

Excellent stay, we would stay again.

Pros: Great location, free parking, great pool, and great city views

Cons: If sharing only 1 bathroom off main bedroom. Not a problem for us as a family though.

Lovely space to stay, the deck and view of the Riverwalk were perfect!

Pros: A large well furnished apartment that was ideal for our needs. The prime riverwalk location was walkable to the museum, the Pearl and great dining options.

Pros: Location was perfect, very convenient to do everything downtown.

Cons: Couple of small issue. When the host sent the instructions the format on my phone was too small to even recognize it was pictures and instructions. The check in procedure had some hiccups. There wasn't a way to go from the main parking garage to the unit without the key fob to get into the main building, which you don't have access to until you get into the unit. This made unloading the vehicle in the garage and carting all our stuff a little frustrating. I would recommend dropping someone off at the front door sending them up to unit for key fobs and parking passes, then having that person meet you in the garage. Which brings us to another issue. The instructions clearly stated pick up parking pass on counter and place on the mirror of your vehicle or risk getting towed. When we finally made it into the apartment there was no parking tag. So we started opening up all the drawers and cabinets in the off chance someone put it away. And unfortunately stumbled on to a stash of Marijuana left in the unit. Then the host asked me to go to another unit to grab the parking pass out of that unit for my vehicle. So the check in process was a bit of a shit show. Once we got settled everything went fine. The unit is as was advertised. Patio on this unit is fantastic.

Superb

Pros: Everything was great. The attention to detail was superb. The location was amazing. The cleaning crew even left little designs on the folded toilet paper and paper towels...so cute. Luis was very good about responding quickly and provided lots of details that were informative.

Cons: I have no complaints, they really did an outstanding job. Although, sone feedback for the cleaning crew...leave more toilet paper. The 2.5 rolls for 3 people for 3 nights is not quite enough, specially when we are all females. But other than that, all was superb.

Pros: La terrasse extérieur, l’appartement très confortable et très bien équipé. La vue sur le skyline. L’accès direct à la riverwalk permettant de se rendre à pied au centre ville. La piscine très agréable.

Cons: Malgré les efforts faits par l’hôte pour nous permettre de nous garer dans le parking, nous avons rencontré un problème pour ouvrir la grille. Cependant des places gratuites se trouvaient en bas de l’immeuble.

Absolutely phenomenal!

Pros: The view was fantastic, The entry and parking was phenomenal. I highly recommend staying at the location if you are doing any type of business and would like to stay somewhere quiet yet lavish. The location is absolutely wonderful and it is near some fantastic districts that provide exceptional dining.

Would love to come back here again!

Pros: Great location. Clean and comfortable. Cozy. All amenities provided. Great landlord. Nice views. Easy parking. Was also perfect for our 2 small dogs.

Pros: Apartment had amazing views great location and was clean. Any issues I had were promptly sorted by Luis who was easy to contact at all times.

Great accomodate and nice staff

Pros: The room was clean , the staff was very helpful, and the room was very cute and well organized.

Cons: The swimming pool was very dirty.
