Lovely cottage with restaurants close by.
Pros: The cottage is well set up.Very clean and homey.We loved the back verandah.
Cons: I would have preferred cotton sheets.Single beds too soft.

Pros: 1. Cleanliness of the house 2. Conveniently located as it’s walking distance to E Cesar Chavez St (about 7mins walk and where most eateries are located) and also to HEB (about 15mins walk) 3. All the kitchenwares 4. The thoughtfulness of the owners/host.
Cons: 1. Would be great to have cotton bedsheets option. 2. The exhaust fan in toilet is loud! Would be great if it’s separated from the light. 3. The fans on the ground - it’s a hazard for us as we scraped our feet on it a few times. More so when lights off and the kids going to the toilet. 4. Wifi - unstable and keeps dropping off especially in bedroom is non existent.

Great little house and hosts
Pros: The house is in a good location, about a half hour walk into downtown and near a school and church so always felt safe. There is everything you need, it’s clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. The hosts sent a pack up of things to do and restaurants to go to if needed and even gave a little welcome gift which was a really nice touch.

Pros: Well presented, clean and tidy. Every possible convenience catered for, just like a home would have. A few beers in the fridge, snacks and tea/coffee was a classy touch.

Cozy, comfortable home-like atmosphere: highly recommended!
Pros: One of our favorite booking.com lodging! Cozy cottage, very roomy for 2 people, big enough for 4. Welcoming, homey atmosphere, with little warm touches like candy and a bottle of wine. Nice spots of color; not one of those sterile black/white/grey lodgings. Quiet street at night, though moderately busy during the day. Safe and pleasant neighborhood, walking distance to the Town Lake greenbelt. Centrally located; very convenient. Efficient heating, roomy full-sized fridge. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Pleasant little dining area, and cozy small living room. Extra blankets hospitably offered, and full-cotton sheets provided upon request. Handy wash and dryer. Full of light indoors, outdoor seating on porch with a pleasant area in back. Great value for the money! We would absolutely return, and recommend it to anyone visiting Austin! We miss this sweet place...
Cons: More big ceramic dinner plates needed. Floor HVAC vents have small knobs that could potentially be a tripping hazard; should be replaced with vents with flat knobs. A chest of drawers in each bedroom would be useful. No driveway or garage, only street parking, but this was almost always available.

Super clean and nice house
Pros: The house was clean, neat and tidy when I checked in. Zoe was super kind and helpful about everything. I absolutely recommend to stay here if you would like to feel comfortable and like you are staying your own home!
Cons: Everything was great. Maybe just a little downside was Alexa automatically started playing some classical music while I was sleeping. Better to turn it off if you mind listening some music during sleep

Pros: The property is as advertised, clean, and check-in was super-easy. Communication during the stay was great. Wifi worked fine for us. We thought the area was nice. It's close enough to walk to a lot of places, but also quick to get on the highway if needed.
Cons: Some little details of the house were a bit wonky. Nothing major, just the realities of an older house. Not so much a negative as a heads-up for others - If you very are sensitive to fragrance you may want to ask in advance to have the air fresheners unplugged when the property is cleaned. There were several. We unplugged them ourselves during our stay and it wasn't a problem. The linens did not have a strong fragrance from the laundry, so it was all good. The hosts were a bit slower returning the deposit than they said in the check-in info. It seems to have been a one-time thing though, and the deposit was refunded in full.

Logement exceptionnel à Austin
Pros: Logement parfaitement préparé, très propre avec une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Proche du centre d’Austin, dans un quartier paisible. Café, thé, biscuits , offerts.Parking face à la maison. Merci pour cette expérience.
