Lovely apartment

Pros: Apartment had everything we needed. Great views, pool and bar. Location is about a 15 minute walk along the river to downtown

Cons: Would have liked to have known about the damage waiver before booking, as this added additional cost to the price of the stay.

We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Wonderful little home away from home during our visit to Austin! The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool area was inviting and provided some much needed relaxation. We loved how close the property was to the river walk along Lady Bird Lake; downtown was just a 15 min walk away!

Cons: Would have appreciated knowing upfront about the charges for the damage deposit/insurance for the apartment as well as the fact that parking is $40 per day. This is just what parking costs in Austin it seems and was a pretty fair rate, but having these charges show up one after another led to us feeling like we were be \

Pros: Good location near Rainey Street. Building was fresh and clean with nice vibe.

Cons: The unit, 1703, had a broken toilet seat. Also, mattress was way too soft for my liking. My back was not happy!
