Just the four of us

Pros: Very good communication from the host for entry details. House was clean and well equipped including Coffee, Tea, Sugar and general spices/herbs, laundry detergent, cleaning materials etc. We, 4 adults, especially appreciated the individual room air con. units. Shared outside space was enjoyable to relax in after a day/night out. We didn't have a vehicle but there was private parking outside the duplex. Location was good, just off South Congress, a couple of food vans and bars within walking distance and easy trips using Lyft - weather was too hot to walk very far - to many other places.

Cons: Other properties on the estate didn't process there garbage properly which was a bit of an eyesore but didn't affect our stay and nothing the owner could do anything about.

The whole living experience is good

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to UT and state government. It is quiet at night and you can have a good sleep.

Cons: The sealing ring of the washing machine got moldy because it was closed for a long time, so I didn't dare to use it.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Right across from st Edwards- we were there over Christmas break so was very quiet. About 2 mile walk to south congress strip - we walked there, then ubered home. Was nice to have a backyard.

Cons: Right next to a kennel - could hear dogs barking sometimes, but we had a fan that covered up the sound at night .
