Beautiful individual house in a great location. I would definitely stay again when I revisit Austin

Pros: This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighbourhood in East Austin. The whole house has such a great atmosphere and is decorated beautifully, it really made us feel at home and certainly didn't feel like it was a rental home.The leather armchair is probably the most comfortable relaxer I've ever sat in! We didn't use any kitchen facilities apart from the fridge so cannot comment on them. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and there is a room at the front of the house with a really comfortable sofa bed in. Theres a large private rear garden with BBQ etc. Parking is on street and free of charge, we always found a parking spot right outside every time we needed one. The neighbourhood is a safe one and we walked several times to some very good local bars and BBQ restaurants. We were travelling all around the southern states, we stayed in 8 properties on our trip and this was our joint favourite.

Cons: Nothing to dislike here, we loved it.

hidden gem in east austin

Pros: the location is amazing. i was in austin for SXSW and easrt cesar chavez is the perfect spot to be if you want a) to be close enough to all the action but b) far enough that when you get out of downtown you still have peace and quiet. the bars, the restaurants & all in all vibe in east cesar chavez was perfect. the 6 minute scooter ride to the convention center was perfect. and the house: wow. love the deco. has everything one would need. well kept ammenities. and very nice neighbors.

Garden St Delight

Pros: The eclectic art amazed me and hinted at many travel experiences.

Cons: There were no dish towels that I could find. Small spoons in drawer but larger ones would be nice, too. I found a giant pot but couldn’t locate smaller ones. Basics like salt and pepper would be nice.

Perfect Austin Home

Pros: This house has a great location. The kitchen has all the supplies needed. Parking is easy in this neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the river for nice walks. The A/C was fantastic and it was 105 degrees outside.

Cons: Nothing!!

Quiet retreat close to downtown and Lady Bird Lake.

Pros: very good location for downtown activities or UT visit. Short drive or walk to Martin PArk, at the end of Comal Street.

Cons: please add salt/pepper. A longer mattress in the front bedroom would be nice ( my feet were dangling, and I am 5'6) Everything else was very nice.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Ort in perfekter und ruhiger Lage

Pros: Amazing place A wonderful house in a very silent area. The trees, birds … and this just near to the center. Food, breweries, coffee- all a walk and nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much. As africa enthusiasts we specially liked the style in the house very much! Thank you!

Pros: The location was phenomenal. The pictures did not do it justice. When there was a concern about a doorknob, someone was able to come over the next day to fix it. The outside was great with lots of options for sitting.

Cons: The indoor furniture wasn't very inviting or comfortable. The layout with the chair and the pieces of wood next to the wall made it difficult to walk around. The lights didn't all work, partially because the light bulbs may have been dead.

Pros: Unglaublich tolles Haus. Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es liegt hervorragend in einer ruhigen Lage. Restaurants, Brauereien und Geschäfte liegen in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Wir würden das Haus definitiv noch einmal buchen. Der Kontakt und Informationen über das Haus und den Zutritt waren professionell.
