Pros: Was about an hour from san antonio and about an hour and a half from austin. The area was quite rural so was able to get out and about and the locals were incredibly friendly. I went for the f1 and the distance from the track was about an hour and 15 mins and an easy drive to get there. The place itself was very clean with very comfortable beds and the place was spacious.

Cons: Not anything to complain about.

Pros: We enjoyed the open space and utilizing the bbq grill. We fed the deers fruits, and the neighbors were very friendly!

Cons: When we arrived the master bedroom’s bathroom carpet was hanging in the shower wet, we had to wash it. The paper towel roll was Already being used so it ran out before our stay was over. The shower curtain is annoying due to it sticking to your body while showering.
