WE LOVE THIS CABIN!

Pros: Beautiful cabin with rustic feel. Very cozy, lots of room and fully equipped with everything you need to feel the comforts of home. Literally all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Very generous for the price and pet friendly! Great location for us to enjoy Garner State Park.

Cons: Nothing....it was perfect 👌

This was the most clean & comfortable cabin we’ve stayed in!

Pros: I loved the location of the property. The cabin is tucked away and surrounded by trees and nature. It was incredibly comfortable, we didn’t want to leave!

Cons: The only issue was the WIFI. Even with the “extender” that they added to help, there was no signal. But fortunately, we were able to connect the tv to the hot spot on our phones, and then there was no problems at all!

Pros: My parents and I came up for my Frio trail run! I booked this cabin as it was close to Garner for a great price and allowed less than a 3 night minimum. It also slept more people than we needed, but it still was cozy with three of us which I loved. It is close to all the hot spots and shops in Concan, and because the cabin is more secluded, we were not having traffic going by or noisy areas. Customer service was also great!

Cons: Literally the only complaint I have which isn't really that serious is the tv said it was connected to WiFi but would not load anything. I tried everything I could to get it up and going with no luck. We would have loved to watch a movie during down time. Also PSA to anyone who books: turn down the road next to Andy's on the corner, and then follow instructions to Mariposa from there. Our GPS was sending us to mud holes and dark gravel roads trying to get us there lol
