Perfect place for a cozy get away for two that I wanted to return to as soon as we left!

Pros: Adorable, cozy house completely stocked with all needed essentials. Very clean. The use of nice, well maintained private hot tub was very nice. Owner/host is promptly responsive to all inquiries. Good central location within a few miles to most everything.

Cons: Can’t say we didn’t love it all. If I had to say anything negative at all, price was just slightly high compared to other similar rentals in the area, but Fredericksburg overall is not an inexpensive locale to visit. However, the extras this owner/host makes available (hot tub, bbq grill, outdoor fire pit, essentials such as laundry detergent, coffee, lots of toiletries, etc.) evens the price out and makes this a place I will look to return to when needing lodging in Fredericksburg on future visits.
