Relaxing wonderful week in the Hill Country of Texas.

Pros: The location was awesome, close to town, and a great home base to visit the 13 Texas State Parks in the area. It was a very comfortable, private 2bd/bath home, with full kitchen, laundry, hot tub and grill. Loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs watching the deer and stars.

Pros: Cozy and private. Great views and close enough to town for site seeing but just outside enough that we could relax without all the bustle of Fredericksburg. Such a lovely home.

Pros: It was very quiet outside, the house was clean, cool temperature inside, very comfy, and I love seeing the deers roaming around outside. Beds were comfy. The home smelled fresh and clean.ourselves. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quietness.

Cons: The hot water when showering lasted a few mins. The kitchen could use an upgraded coffee pot I waited almost 15min for the coffee to drip out of the pot. And too many wasp nest all around the outside of the house with wasp flying around everywhere making it hard to enjoy the rockers outside and the jacuzzi. Being charged so much for cleaning even though we cleaned the place up outselves.

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable, large kitchen, carport, easy access

Cons: Wasn't aware there was a separate rental cabin in use adjacent to our rental. Otherwise, no complaints

this was our first time to Fredericksburg and we loved all the sites and the comfortable home !

Pros: we loved how secluded it was but still so close to town. it was beautiful and very comfortable .

Cons: the only complaint we had was the hot water , there were 4 of us and the water only stayed warm about 5-7 minutes so showers were hard to take
