A wonderful place to stay while enjoying Fredericksburg! We hope to reserve the house again!

Pros: It was SO clean! It is the cleanest house we have ever stayed at! That is my first priority! I loved the arrangement of the house! It was perfect! The bows on towels, even paper towels gave us a sense that the host was going out of his way to welcome us! We enjoyed the gazebo! Perfect place for enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings.

Cons: NOTHING!!! (Well, the rug in the living room turned up on the edge. I was concerned one of us would trip.)

Location is fantastic! In a tucked away quiet neighborhood away from the chaos but a short 5 min drive to town. The beds

Pros: The home is renovated and spacious, very clean with great appliances! If you have a dog since they are pet friendly the backyard is massive and a great neighborhood for walks. The garage games were a major plus and so fun!
