Hope we can book it again on our next trip to the Texas Hill Country.

Pros: VERY nice . I would say our best vacation home ever. Lots of room, convenient location, well maintained, with a very attentive host. Large bedroom suites and living/dining/ kitchen area worked great. We loved the back yard seating, fire pit and hot tub. Our group of three couples absolutely loved it and couldn’t stop thanking me for booking it.

Beautiful farmhouse for a group trip

Pros: Beautiful and clean! This large farmhouse was well stocked and well decorated. There were plenty of towels and extra linens. We loved the jacuzzi, which was on, clean, and ready to go when we arrived. Each room is almost exactly identical. This means no bickering over who gets what room. Each room also has its own minifridge, microwave, and walk-in shower (with TWO shower heads!). My whole family was very satisfied. My mom, who is a little crazy, got out her blacklight and checked around the farmhouse. It was spotless. This includes the sheets, which were freshley laundered and looked brand new. It's maybe ten minutes from downtown and maybe fifteen minutes from the wineries. It's also close to a small airstrip. My husband was thrilled by that. He used FlightAware to track the flights so he could go outside and watch them. They come every 30 minutes to 1 hour during the daytime. Don't worry, you can't particularly hear them from inside the house.

Cons: Loved everything about the house. Great location, well stocked.
