Pros: The property was set up to accommodate our group of 10. There were outdoor games, kayaks, hammocks, and a BBQ pit available. Coffee on the deck in the morning was absolutely peaceful.

Cons: The river water level was low, but not in control of the property owners. We were still able to get in the river, and get our feet wet.
