Hadley's House - A Country 3 Bdrm with Screened-In Porch

We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Very clean and roomy, the complimentary wine bottle was a plus.

Cons: The bed in the master was a little too tall and stiff for my taste but thats not a huge deal.

Repeat customer already booking next years weekends

Pros: We always book this house when we are doing a convention in New Braunfels. This is our 2nd time and will be staying here the following weekend as well.

Cons: There isn't anything we don't like about the property. The house is super comfortable and cozy. The location is beautiful and quiet. The hosts are super nice and accomodating.

Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area. My BIL had a U-Haul trailer with all the wedding decorations and

Pros: Accommodated each of us that all merged there from different places out of town. Love that the coffee pot and coffee were part of the package.

Cons: The coffee pot and shower head was clogged with hard water deposits. We were able to buy some vinegar and get both of them going!!

We have a lot of fun and we will be going back soon and we will be staying there again

Pros: It was very awesome. It’s well located very clean just also.

Cons: That they lift us only one bottle of wine lol

Pros: It was perfect. Away from the city but close enough to do things. Peaceful and quiet! Loved the screened in porch, fire pit and hammock. My son was reminiscing on how we used to lay on the hammock when he was like 4 and we used to count stars etc Pretty cool property. Super nice staff or owner of the property.

Cons: There was only 1 TV in the house and we all had to share it. Which was OK, but not enough seating. Need a bigger couch or bean bags for the kids. Just more seating overall. 8

Grandaughter’s wedding in Gruene -not far -very peaceful😊

Pros: Loved the birds in the morning, front porch, comfy bed and meaningful decor!

Amazingly comfortable and cozy, can't wait to come back in December!

Pros: Very quaint and cozy cottage. Plenty of room for everyone. Our favorite part was sitting on the covered enclosed porch listening to the birds and chatting. Great way to start your morning drinking your coffee. Very peaceful. Booked our next visit for the end of the year within a couple of hours of being in house. We travel for conventions so stay alot of places including high level hotels. Wish this house was in all towns would always stay there. In love with the view when laying in the hammock.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like. Only thing I would suggest is some measuring cups in the kitchen when making meals. We couldn't find any but it wasn't super important, so we were not bothering the host with it. Just eyeballed our measurements. Literally the only thing I can think of. It was that great of a place to stay!

A quiet, peaceful get away!

Pros: We love the quiet, peaceful location in nature versus the busy noisy city. The black out shades were great as they let us sleep in. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The dish washer was very noisy when we turned it on. Had I known that, I would have waited until going out the door to set it.

We had a great time. The color of the living room was pretty and welcoming.

Pros: Attentive communication with kind host. We appreciated the little things provided. Ex: a small clean ice chest we used when buying ice and chocolate. Laundry soap was nice to have available. The towels were plentiful and soft too. Wagons provided in case you had a lot to unload.

Cons: Only one TV in living room. I suppose it encourages family time, but I like a tv in my bedroom.

Restful.

Pros: Property owners were so helpful and hospitable. It’s so quiet and comforting.

Cons: The peace and tranquility. Additional amenities like a a hammock and grilling area were a plus. Also the home is so well prepared with extra supplies if you needed.
