Pros: Cozy, clean room with a lovely small deck to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee looking at the river before starting the day. The location in the King William district is optimal to reach many attractions by foot.

Great location but small for price

Pros: Great location, clean, comfortable (albeit small) bed

Cons: Tiny space and full size bed was small. Closet was about 12 inches deep and there were no drawers or placed other than two shelves over the toilet and two drawers under the bathroom vanity for belongings. No access to owners for questions. Management company wrote instructions that were not hospitable.
