Nice place to stay when visiting Seguin. Very close to downtown. Would stay there again.

Pros: Nice cottage with comfortable bed and updated bathroom. Kitchen was nice with a full refrigerator. Was set back from the road with parking directly in front of the cottage. Felt very secure for a woman with her young grandchild. People were home and friendly in the house directly in front of the property.

I would recommend to others and stay here again.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent as I made it in fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and quiet place and easily located.

Cons: Parking alongside 4 cars in a shared driveway. was a little sketchy. Luckily only 2 of us because futon bed was rock hard and would not have been sleepable. No dishwasher, but really not needed.
