Amazing!

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this property! It was the perfect spot for our Guadalupe River adventure, just a short 20-minute drive from the Horseshoe. The property offered a wonderful sense of privacy, making it a true retreat. We were delighted to find a grill, plates, cups, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and pots and pans—all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked flawlessly both upstairs and downstairs in both houses, ensuring we stayed cool throughout our visit. The interior felt freshly renovated, a modern charm. We particularly loved the unique layout with two separate houses and the fold-out couch in the game room, providing ample space for relaxation. The wrap-around deck on the A-frame was a lovely feature, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to float the river—it's an absolute gem!

Cons: The deck did seem old but we still felt safe on it.

The house is lovely and the view is gorgeous. I would stay again. The management team is great and communicates quickly

Pros: It is a lovely house with an additional “bunk” house next door. The main house is very lovely and cozy with a beautiful view. All the amenities needed for a short weekend trip.

Cons: The kitchen is tiny and using the oven was a tad bit difficult - but we made it work. The bunk house was a little dusty - maybe because it was not used recently. Maybe a quick check would be good.
