Pros: Very central location, and the speakeasy below was fantastic. Beds have all the right amenities like curtains (bottom bunks only, top have a bit of a fence for privacy), outlets, private lamps and fans. Beds were comfortable. Showers and restrooms were clean. Kitchen was fantastic, and laundry is free (be warned, it takes a long time for the drier). Staff are excellent.

Cons: I was warned upon booking that the elevator was out of order - this is no problem for me, as it is only a 3 story building, but what was a problem was thay the maintenance starting drilling and hammering directly against the wall of the dorm at 7am. I know it has to be done, but we are paying to sleep, so maybe ask that the maintenance be done during later hours of the morning at least? Otherwise, excellent hostel - for being one of, if not the only hostel in Austin, I was super impressed. Thank you!

Short fun time

Pros: Friendly staff and proximity of the 6th street night life. It was also nice to have curtains and a plug for each bed. The washer and dryer were very useful too. The 24/7 check in is super handy

Cons: The bedroom floor was not the cleanest, and it would be nice to have a lounge with a sofa to chill with others.

Pros: Howie, Mariana, Rodriguez were all fantastic..!! I don't remember the other staff names but they were all awesome too..!! Location is brilliant right near the corner of 6th, and it's not too far to walk to all the downtown sites and Barton Springs..!!

Pros: I stayed for F1, and everyone who stayed in the same room had the same purpose. So I went it together and had a good experience. It would have been a shame if it wasn't for this hostel. The location was very good, affordable, and clean. It was convenient because each bed included a fan, a light, and a shelf. I was worried when I saw the review that bedbugs came out, but I'm glad it didn't happen.

Cons: When I first went, my locker was already locked, so I couldn't use it

Pros: Solid beds, no squeaks. A TON of water pressure. Nice and close to 6th St and nightlife.

Cons: It is noisy till 2am most nights, due to the bar downstairs. Not much social activities. A bit expensive for a hostel, there probably is some hotels the same price

Amazing hostel !! 100% recommend

Pros: Great events, great place to meet people bc everyone wanting to stay in a hostel is here! Staff are so friendly and very welcoming!!! Beds are comfy and few washer and dryer is awesome !!

Cons: The all female dorm didn’t have curtains on the beds, I think that would be a nice addition.

Pros: Location, sturdy beds (not shaking when people were moving in or out), nice kitchen area. But for short stays, it would be nice to include information on the social events in the welcome email.
