WoodSpring Suites Austin Central

Pros: Great hotel, especially for the price. Not too far from the main spots of the city but still in a quiet area. Would definitely stay again

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at WoodSpring Suites Austin Central. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities that I needed, fresh towels were available anytime at the front desk, and there was plenty of car parking available on-site and free-of-charge. Most importantly however, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and really went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Plenty of space, good facilities, including a large fridge & freezer, very clean. Friendly staff. Easily accessible. Modern building.

Cons: A bit too close to the highway to have a window open if you are in a room at the back. No cooking utensils, I do not know if you can rent/get them from reception - we had our own as we had been camping for most of the holiday. Shower could have been hotter (I like my showers very hot), the water was hotter in the basins.

Great value and comfortable

Pros: Great little room with kitchenette, fantastic value for money with the week-long rate. Kind and hardworking staff.

Cons: Booking.com doesn't sync up with this hotel's system very easily so definitely call in advance to make sure they know you're coming.

Pros: The room was very clean and it is a newly built hotel. I liked the gym too.

Cons: When I booked it said there would be breakfast - there was not. Also, the first night there was no hot water - at all. They said it would be only for a few hours but it lasted for half a day.

Pros: It seemed like it was brand new. Clean, quiet,easy on off from highway. Had a microwave, stove,refrigerator.

Pros: “The hotel is nice and quiet. The front desk staff is awesome, the rooms are very clean, and the location is great.”

Cons: I feel the hotel should have better security. I often notice men sitting in the parking lot, and the smell of marijuana is common around the property. Anyone can walk into the lobby and access the elevators without being checked, which makes it feel unsafe—especially when traveling alone.
