Atwell Suites Austin Airport by IHG

Good rooms, bed and facilities , comfortable

Pros: Breakfast was adequate but not inspiring, reasonable quality but lacked choice.

Cons: More choice in cereals particularly healthy options, more fresh fruit better quality coffee and options in style, types. Odd setup over breakfast bar with a perspex/glass cover which made reaching the food in serving dishes difficult. No tea or kettle in the room. Shower lacked a good flow & pressure Noisy air conditioning unit.

Pros: The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Cons: A little bit away from the city, but no problem for us since we have a car.

Perfect hotel for a pre or post flight.

Pros: Great hotel for a post late night flight. Comfortable rooms, good facilities, decent breakfast and smelt gorgeous.

Value for money with a few extras !

Pros: Hi Loved that there was drinking water and coffee 24 hours a day .

Cons: Not Much

Am still waiting on my deposited to send back to my account please

Pros: Everything else was beautiful. The gym was clean, the lobby was clean my room was nice and clean.

Cons: Wanted to go in the pool be it’s closed till march 🙁

Easy location from airport

Pros: Close to airport for us after a flight, arriving late. Easy to find, friendly staff and comfortable stay.

Great!

Pros: Double bed room and bathroom were spacious, clean and neat. Warm bath. Classic American breakfast but really tasty. Small drink and snack shop inside is a plus.

Cons: When arrived, most appliances were unplugged (TV, coffee maker, etc) and had to plug them back in. But that's it, everything else was great.

Great place to stay and met expectations and then some.

Pros: Stayed with Atwell for a surgery procedure at St David’s which was very close in proximity. The staff from start to finish were just exceptional. Any messages sent in question form were responded to with lightning speed. Requests for extra towels were accommodated. Breakfast bar was very good and coffee available throughout the day in the comfortable lobby. Right after returning from the hospital…I’d left my phone in a Lyft taxi and pretty much panicked me. Zoey and another associate made big efforts to get in touch w/ Lyft…and in the end my phone was secured. If ever a return to Austin…this will be the choice for accommodation.

We had a wonderful sleep in a clean and lovely room prior to a flight. Transportation to the airport

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel and our room was very roomy and clean.

Worth every dollar spent

Pros: Great location, super clean hotel, really nice room and great food.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
