Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Pearsall by IHG

Pros: Henry was very helpful and was able to give us rooms near eachother even though they were not the same type

Comfortable with a need of a little more love.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant to talk to. The hotel, though not modern and in need of a bit of updating felt cozy and family oriented. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: A light did not work in the bathroom

Pros: La cadena de Holiday me gusta por qué es muy confiable y limpia sus instalaciones siempre están muy cuidadas y el desayuno es muy bueno.

Customer service was great and I slept like a baby.

Pros: The customer service was excellent! The place was clean and I enjoyed the breakfast! Keep up the great work!

Thumbs up! Definitely keep this hotel on the list.

Pros: Breakfast is not to be missed! Fantastic! Hotel is also beautiful, rooms are not just in a row like in every other hotel...hard to explain.

Cons: During check-in the clerk had cancelled my pre-paid reservation! But he set me up with a new room after some delay.

Well worth a stay here!

Pros: This has been my third stay here at this Holiday Inn in Pearsall this year, while traveling for work near Laredo. It is convenient to my needs as well as the HEB across the interstate. Rooms are well appointed, and my requests for my room reservation to be on the West side of the hotel have been met. The East side fronts IH 35 which can be noisy at times. Though I truly can't answer as to how noisy that sounds inside the hotel on that end. As for the breakfast, it is well appointed and hearty enough for my needs, and compared to other hotels with breakfast included, this is by far one the best breakfast buffets I have experienced.

Comfortable, provided more towels when needed

Pros: Clean, & friendly staff, breakfast, liked checkout time

Cons: Not enough towels, kept getting hot in room kept having to up a/c at night.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and nice Norma the breakfast host was great!!!!

Good times

Pros: Staff were amazing and easy to talk to. The room was actually clean!
