Hotel Flora and Fauna

Pros: The location was GREAT! Walking distance to a great hidden gem restaurant, JPs Wimberley BBQ. Weather was too cold for the pool, but kids loved the hot tub. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the suite room was a great size for our family. Loved the yard area as well. Will definitely be back!

Cons: There was a dog in the room next to us that barked all night.

We were very happy with our stay. The value for the cost was very good.

Pros: The breakfast was very good with many choices. I had something I had never seen before: a bacon cheese scone and it was delicious. The bed was quite comfortable with the softest silkiest sheets. I was pleased to have a kitchen, all but a stove which I could have cared less about. The room was spacious and attractive. The location was also good, with convenient access to groceries, restaurants and shops.

Cons: The sofa. It made a big noise, a bit like a whoopee cushion when we sat down. Also, we could not get the TV to change channels. Whatever I tried, it would default to a set-up screen and getting back to the one channel was not easy. There was no information provided to assist with using it.

It was ok, but could have been better.

Pros: The location was good and the facility was clean and the grounds were also nice. It was a quiet location.

Cons: The smoke detector started beeping at 1:00 am and it kept beeping until 7:30 am when my husband went to the local grocery store to purchase a battery to replace it in the smoke detector and it finally stopped beeping. Also, the hot tub did not work.

I took my niece to Wimberley for her birthday since it was her first birthday after being separated and moving to Texas.

Pros: The location was excellent within walking distance of everything. The bed was comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were nice to have at the location.

Cons: If I had to say one thing, it would be the toilet when it fills with water is really loud in the room, and it happens throughout the night and would wake us up.

Pros: The rooms are very spacious. The courtyard is so peaceful. I would 100% recommend Flora and Fauna!

Pros: Everything was perfect!! Location, beautifully appointed accommodations, communication with booking staff.

Cons: N/A

Pros: Large room with a well equipped kitchen. Shower with great water pressure. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Softened water. Missing breakfast vouchers. Location is not close enough to the town center to be an easy walk and neither far enough to justify taking the car.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable motel!

Pros: The property and room were very nice and clean. We really appreciated the decaf and caffeinated coffee with creamers and sugar packets. We also appreciated the ice cubes in the freezer, soft bathrobes, and soft blanket for the sofa bed. The room was nice and cool, but we didn't know where the thermostat was to adjust the temperature. It wasn't a big problem though.

Pros: The pool & hot tub were great. Room was very nice!

Cons: The fact that we only planned 1 night.
