Pros: I was late on the check in and my room wasn't ready. It was being cleaned and while waiting I was given another a room with 2 queen beds not what I requested but the manager was kind enough to give me a new room so I didn't have to wait for the room they were cleaning.

Cons: I wasn't given my king room I requested but I was given a room super fast so I didn't have to wait while the staff finished cleaning the room.
