A lovely place to stay

Pros: We loved our room. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The surroundings were quiet

Cons: The bathroom was a bit too small. It was difficult to close the door when using the toilet. Our door lock was faulty and we kept being locked out of our room.

Clean and Close to Fredericksburg

Pros: We had a good stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a close distance to everything in Fredericksburg. Staff was very friendly as well! We also appreciated the breakfast that was served on the weekend.

Clean and convenient location.

Pros: Inconvenient that the office isn't staffed 24 hours. Disappointed that there is only breakfast available on Sat and Sundays, but impressed that a small coffee maker had been added to the room since my last stay

Cons: Staff should available for check-in and check out at least 10AM to 10PM, if not 24 hours like most hotels. Very limited office hours. Old, but being remodeled a room at a time it appears .Even the remodeled rooms could certainly use higher quality mattresses or good quality thick memory foam mattress toppers and updated smart TVs with streaming services (YouTube, Netflix, etc) for today's age.
