Great location

Pros: Great room in a quiet location. It was clean and well kept. My only complaint was I booked a smoking room, and when I checked in, they made me sign a paper stating I wouldn't smoke in the room or I'd be charged $200 dollars. It was windy and cold outside. There should be some transparency for future bookings for people who pay for a smoking room.
