Best little Fredericksburg Bed and Breakfast Unit2

We would book again at this location.

Pros: Great location. It was so relaxing watching the animals and viewing the stars from the rooftop. Everything was very clean. Water and coffee was a nice touch. The house provided all our needs.

Cons: The bed on the south side was broken. The mattress dropped down on the left side.

Pros: I loved everything about our stay!!! The owners created something super special and we enjoyed every moment of our stay from the animals, to the games, to the fireplace, and everything!!! Truly a unforgettable experience!

Pros: Very cute place. Lots of animals! Loved looking at the stars.

Great place surrounding wildlife

Pros: The amenities were great love the high end straightener and blow dryer. The towels were very soft and all the soaps smelled so nice. The beds were comfortable as well. The patio was so nice and had plenty of seating near the fire pit. The rooftop patio was also very nice to enjoy.

Cons: There were no outlets in the bedroom areas. The water pressure was also very low in the shower and the bathroom is very close to the head of the bed of the second bedroom so it was a bit loud everytime someone went to the bathroom.

Enjoyable stay with kids

Pros: Cute little tiny home, very clean, beds were warm. Watched the deer stroll past in the evening and the kids loved looking at the animals in the morning (Turkey, chickens, geese, goat and longhorns).

Cons: We got in after dark. The Firepit wasn’t set up and there’s no wood close by, to use the fire pit.

We had a wonderful time exploring the property with our children and watching the deer at night.

Pros: Was the perfect size for what we needed. Lots of great amenities to make our stay easier.

Cons: Mattresses could have used better support.

Pros: It was a great location, very quiet and the animals to watch were a bonus

Wonderful experience in Texas Hill Country

Pros: The space was really clean and comfortable. The animals surrounding the property were awesome and the roof allows the guests to see the beautiful night sky. They also offer a first aid kit which is super important. Management was really friendly :)

Cons: I wouldn’t say there was something we didn’t like but the space can be a little tight for 5 adults.

Calm relaxing natural paradise

Pros: Calm, in nature with great livestock. Amazing experience in a well made container. Great communication with Eric. Appreciated his availability and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Cons: Beds were not to our liking, yet that is personal with our back problem.
