Great home away from home.

Pros: Big backyard, no grass-rocky soil in the hill country. They had a fire-pit too. Nice bed and several TVs. Fully stocked kitchen and a big bathroom. We were close to downtown with lots of bars and restaurants. Quiet location.

Cons: We had trouble getting TVs to work but figured out wifi needed a reset. The ac in our bedroom didn’t work.

Great location if you are visiting your Texas State student. Fully stocked kitchen- I was able to cook my student/so

Pros: Comfortable sleeping. Well stocked kitchen. Close to Texas State campus. Felt safe.

Cons: I would have someone turn on A/C prior to guest arrival as it took time to cool the home.

Great location especially if you are attending a Texas State U event!! We were in San Marcos from WA and OR for a family

Pros: Easy to get to, perfect for what we needed, had everything. Large back yard which was fantastic for our mini family reunion of 15 people!

Cozy but for the $99 cleaning fee, should have been a lot cleaner.

Pros: Convenient and close to where we needed to be. Very cozy and cute themed!

Cons: We arrived to find the temperature of the property set to 85°, used washcloths in the shower as well as bath salt remnants in the tub and a cockroach crawling through the kitchen area.
