Excellent Choice

Pros: Despite Texas in February being cold (-6C, 21F), the apartment kept us nice & toasty. It is well-equipped, in a good location, with everything we needed & wanted in walking distance. It has ample parking. For a European couple staying in Austin for a family event, it was perfect.

Good value for money and a great stay.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and everything is provided. It looks good inside and quiet.

Cons: The location feels a little rough but didn’t feel unsafe.

Pros: Very nice little place. It was comfortable and clean. The decorations were very homey. Downtown Austin was only a mile away. I either walked or rode the bus. I would definitely stay here again.

Super logement avec un super emplacement

Pros: Super logement avec une chambre séparée. Cuisine bien équipée et un parking gratuit disponible. Le logement est à proximité du capitole donc du centre ville.

Cons: Les voisins de palier étaient bruyants. les wc et la douches dans la chambre.

Man konnte sich absolut wohlfühlen!

Pros: Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, gemütlich, bequemes Bett, geräumig. Für 2 Personen groß genug für 4 Personen evtl. recht eng, besonders das sehr kleine Badezimmer

Cons: Es fehlten einige Küchenutensilien, wie eine große Schüssel, zB. für Salat oder eine Seihe, ansonsten war alles gut

Un apartamento genial para pasar unos días en Austin

Pros: De todos los apartamentos que he alquilado en mi vida, este es uno de los mejores... O el mejor directamente. Muchos detalles para hacer la estancia acogedora, desde una videoconsola retro o un altavoz USB, como los básicos imprescindibles como una buena cocina equipada con todo. Ubicada a 5 minutos del Capitolio. Puedes ir a todos los spots turísticos andando perfectamente. Repetiré estancia en el futuro si vuelvo a Austin!

Cons: Solo dos cosas por poner una crítica. Pero que no son para nada graves. - El parking no queda bien reflejado en la descripción. Aparcamos en un lugar que no era el correcto. Menos mal que no nos dijeron nada! - había bastantes obras en los alrededores, así que a primera hora se oía algo de ruido... Supongo que tuvimos mala suerte, no era algo del alojamiento.

Great place to stay, very convenient.

Pros: It was convenient and close to the capitol, just a 6 minute walk. It has a good free covered parking space. The apartment was clean and cool with all the cooking utensils, comfy bed, clean towels with restroom amenities. Great place to stay.

Cons: No complaints. Any issues were resolved right away.

Pros: It was a great getaway apartment. We loved the area around it and it was writhing walking distance with some places we wanted to visit downtown. 10/10 We would love to stay here again :)
