Lovely place in a convenient location.

Pros: Very comfortable bedding and really good water pressure for the shower. Walking distance to Pease Park.

Cons: Just noting that access might be more difficult for those with any mobility issues. Medium steep driveway / pathway to navigate to entryway.

Definitely recommend!

Pros: I greatly enjoyed my stay. The location is great, right next to a big park to go jogging or walk. It is very central, yet very quiet. Very well equipped. Check-in instructions were crystal clear.

Cons: A very minor drawback was that the first day I didn’t have hot water in the shower, and generally the shower was not my favorite. But it wasn’t an issue.

Old school Austin neighbourhood charm.

Pros: It is a quaint self contained room, offers everything you need for a short stay, as long as you don’t expect to cook. We loved the accommodation, bed was comfortable, the shower was the best we have come across. The hosts were exceptional, the location was within walking distance of everything on offer in Austin . The neighbourhood is old school original Austin, friendly and safe.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Beautiful location, well kept and Fran was absolutely delightful💕

Cons: The only issue we had was that the fridge was broken. Some days it would be on and others off. Other than that it was perfect.

Comfortable and quiet spot close to everything Austin has to offer.

Pros: Cozy and private space in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent escape from downtown while still being close enough to walk. Accommodations were very comfortable and everything was provided as described with nice additional touches. Definitely recommend!
