Pros: We got in with the door code very easily the first time. The second time the code wasn’t working- seemed like the door lock batteries were dying and it wouldn’t let us enter in the full code before it beeped and reset. We called the number provided and they answered immediately and guided us to get the keys in a lock box. Very prompt! The next morning the smoke alarm started beeping- low battery. We again called the number provided and within a few hours had someone out to the condo to fix the issue.

Space was so comfortable, views great, loved the balcony.

Pros: Easy in and out without having to wait on anyone. We could do everything ourselves. Property was clean, affordable, great location. Also, REALLy loved the balcony. Spent a lot of time out there.

Cons: Construction next door, but we were there on a weekend, so it was an eyesore, but not much noise. I'm sure it's different during the week. Would have like some tissue boxes set around. And someone should vacuum the couch. it was a bit dusty.
