Pros: Very homey cozy and super clean 3 bedroom condo, right on the lake and a private pool. The guest was outstanding and he communicated very well, always available to answer questions. My lady and I enjoyed our stay very much, and are looking forward to going back in September.

Very nice, great location. Downtown Marble Falls has a lot to offer for exploring

Pros: The condo was very comfortable, the grounds thru-out Horseshoe Bay were beautiful. The owner was very accommodating and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: We couldn't get any of the TV's to work, the deck had a stack of dirty rugs that should be thrown away
