Guadalupe Getaway

Pros: The location was perfect everything is near by. The size is perfect for a couple or small family. Being on the first floor is nice.

Cons: The only bad thing was the noisy neighbors up stairs. I have no idea what they are doing up there. I had a noise machine to sleep, so I still slept good.

Pros: I loved the owner and I loved the location and how clean and cozy it was and we loved how easy it was to access and check in and check out of.

Cons: We could not get any of the remotes to work on the TV in the living room so we were not able to use it. The fold out couch was dipped in at the head of it and really uncomfortable.

Pros: Location was good. Convenient to stores and fast food establishments. Condo itself was comfortable and well stocked with essentials

Cons: Inside unit was clean and comfortable. The patio was a little unkept, but plenty of seating and tge view was nice

Great stay and owners were very responsive and accomidating

Pros: Got there earlier than supposed to and was able to get an early check in. Plenty parking, gated area, liked that, place was clean and everything I needed was there.

Cons: For me location. I didn't feel that it would be safe to walk to town, besides distance area was looking a little rough.

Will stay here again and again.

Pros: Location for sure. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was and the private access to the river.

Cons: Loved the property itself. The fold out couch could be better. Very uncomfortable

Recommend for weekend getaway or a week on the river.

Pros: Gated location close to water made me feel more safe than other options.

Adequate for what was needed which was to be close to a Gruen venue.

Pros: The room was decently clean, ac worked great! Had deer come right up to the back window and look in at us.

Cons: Didn't care too much for the location as far as the neighborhood, being gated helped somewhat.

Pros: Beautiful place for a small family at a reasonable price. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of rest.

Cons: . If you plan to stay more than 2 days, consider that this unit does not have a wash machine if you want a place without noise. This unit is not appropriate as the neighbors on the second floor are extremely noisy and annoying.

Great communication with the owners. Would love to come back and call this our home away from home while visiting family

Pros: Great location, close to everything in New Braunfels and Gruene. Great view of the River and open land beyond the river. Great for bird watching and wildlife viewing. Comfortable living, dining, bedroom. Full kitchen for cooking. Lots of area info and games/ things to do provided.

The cutest and coziest place to stay! You will not regret it.

Pros: The location is absolutely beautiful and our dog loved the back yard area! It almost convinced me to move to the area! The property itself was so cozy and felt so much nicer than a hotel. We’d absolutely come back. Plus the neighbors were all friendly!
