Excellent stay, amazing space! Would definitely come here again.
Pros: Amazing accommodations. House was really cool, stylish decorations, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Loved the porch and firepit.. and the smores was a really nice touch!
Cons: Really loud and obnoxious neighbors had a very large group that was up late playing loud music and prevented us from enjoying our outdoor space

Pros: It was a very nice place and we really enjoyed it!
Cons: The entrance, the road into the place and parking were a bit difficult. It is still under construction but cars or low vehicles will have difficulty. The weather was horrible while we stayed so it added to all of this.

This house was complete luxury and we loved our stay inside!
Pros: The home was absolutely stunning! The host was very responsive when we had questions. It came with a fully stocked kitchen as far as cookware and a few condiments. Everything was beautifully decorated. It was close to town.
Cons: The entrance to get to the house from the main road was absolutely terrible. The road was falling apart and the drive up to our specific house in this neighborhood was hard on the vehicle with the dirt road not evened out and tons of potholes everywhere. It looks like most of this area is still completely under construction and the construction hasn’t been worked on in a very long time. The sign said there was swimming horseback riding camping, etc., and there was nothing. I have zero complaints about the beautiful home.

This was a great and memorable vacation for all the right reasons!
Pros: There was so much space. The kids loved having their own areas and the accommodations were great for 5 people to have time to themselves.
Cons: The owner had told us to be careful with the driveways. The recent hard rains had caused some washout, but knowing about it in advance made it work out fine. We travel in a large SUV and it was no problem with the driveways.

We had a great time regardless of the grown up parts of the property.
Pros: The house itself was beautiful & perfect for our group. The property around it was very unfinished & grown up. It appears they were still under construction but then it just all stopped & everything was left as is unfinished and hasn’t been touched since. So not the best view when sitting outside but the inside was great!

The sign said swimming & hiking etc. but they didn’t have any of that. It left us all wondering why construction stopped because it could be a really wonderful area!

It was an amazing, relaxing and wonderful stay with family.
Pros: The Cabin was the cutest thing. It was exactly as pictures shown on the advertising. We were there early December and they even had a beautiful Christmas tree. We had everything we needed from plenty of clean towels to coffee. We were here for our daughters’s wedding at the Chandelier and the commute was so convenient. All in all it was such a pleasant stay.
Cons: The only thing I can recommend is a better lit entrance and more light through the property

I think I moved up a notch in my kids eyes after this booking
Pros: We were blown away with our stay. It was beautiful inside and out, with modern rustic decor, it felt like we had stepped into a magazine. Every drawer and door was labeled. It took minutes to feel like we were at home. Surprises included s'more station, snacks, family games, and the occasional visit from deer. The windows allowed for a beautiful view, and when you wanted privacy, the blinds rolled down in seconds. The AC had no problem keeping you cool. The instant hot water heater made sure showers were always hot. My kids would not stop thanking me for booking the Chalet.
Cons: It's important to know when you book that this is a new development community. It is still early in the process, so the roads are not fully completed. It rained every day, the rocky roads held up, and we were able to come and go with no issues. You will see contractors as you are traveling to and from your Chalet, but we never had any issues with noise. I fully expect that as the development is completed, everything I mentioned above will be resolved.

Terrific environment for all the family in a beautifully designed house.
Pros: Really beautiful, modern house - very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed spending family time together in the house, playing on the fuss-ball table and cooking in the terrific kitchen, as well as enjoying the outside area. The design of the house is really excellent.
Cons: Many other houses in the estate are still being built, and while the view from the front of the house is pretty much complete, you do drive in through a building site (as of March 2024). This was a little off putting at first but once we got in to the house itself, it really didn’t bother us.

My stay was worry free it had everything we needed.
Pros: Although the property is still under construction it is so relaxing. The atmosphere was very peaceful and definitely will be going again.
Cons: Could use more lights for when driving in at night.
