Very good experience that will get better as the owners attend to a few details

Pros: Communication from owners was great. Location was convenient to the downtown and close to good eating establishments. Place was very clean, lots of outlets, bedside tables, places for luggage. Laundry facility was great. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Air fresheners were toxic and caused my asthma to act up. We needed to open windows first 2 days. Unfriendly rulebook. No tissues, no shelf in shower, no knobs on kitchen drawers, sink pull-out did not retract properly. Toilet rocked around.
