Walk to UT Moody Center

Pros: The accommodation is right next to UT Austin, within walking distance to explore the campus. There are free parking spaces right in front of the property. In the morning, you can go for a run around UT or the Hancock Golf Course & Recreation Center.

Pros: The house was very clean and felt nice to walk into. A lot of air bnb’s can feel like they are barely kept together, but this place felt like you could genuinely live in it as it is. It also is a great/ central location to traverse Austin. The staff were very helpful and provided a good amount of comfort from coffee/ light snacks to multiple extra towels.

Cons: The facilities, such as bathroom and kitchen, are on the smaller side, but you can certainly do everything you would need and can comfortably enough fit two people at a time. They also have all required comforts and facilities you could need. The house is clearly older/ historical, but I would not consider it negatively old or out of date.

Pros: I was in Austin to attend a concert at Moody Center. The property was conveniently located right across from UT School of Law building on Dean Keaton Street. I could walk to Moody Center, as well as Football Stadium and other UT buildings. I didn’t have a car but a parking space was provided if you have a car, or you can take a CapMetro bus #20 from the Austin airport with $1.25 per ride (as of October 2025). Although the property was located on busy Dean Keaton Street, there was a pond in the back of the cottage, you can enjoy quiet time in the balcony. The property was decorated with cozy county style interior. I really liked it.

Cons: Although it’s a walking distance, UT is a huge university. It would be quite a walk to the other side of the campus, especially careful in hot and humid seasons. The property was cute and cozy, but also old. Water pressure was little low, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, shower throughout the house.

Cute property, excellent location

Pros: Uniquely design, very cute property, and excellent location to go arround Austin. Zoe has been an excellent host.

I would stay there again!

Pros: The apartment is precious, the setting idyllic and it is just across the street from the university where I was doing research.

Cons: It was awesome
