Perfect Austin Stay

Pros: This property has EVERYTHING you need and more. The hosts are excellent communicators. Everything was clean and modern. Free parking included

Good, a very helpful host

Pros: For my purpose (a meeting at the UTA in the corner of the campus) it was an excellent location. Each morning an easy, short, and pleasant walk. In the evening good internet to work.

Great start of out Texas road trip

Pros: Pecan tree house was perfect for us. We had everything we needed. Check in was easy and Andrew sent lots of useful tourists info.

A home far from home

Pros: I could write a huge long report, but that would be too much. I was looking for a home for a 4-week stay at UT and I found it. The apartment is designed with love, perfectly equipped, has a great location in the green but still in the center of the city and the owners are awesome. So I felt at home from the first second and would have loved to stay longer. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Pros: It's like staying in my own home, place is very cozy and convenient. And the host is really helpful.

Pros: The place was lovely, clean and very functional. The host also left for us a lot of little nice things like tea, coffee, water in the fridge and toiletries. They also gave us great recommendations about where to eat and what to do in Austin.

Magical

Pros: The coffee maker. We bought one when we got home. The recycling & green products! The bidet!!!!

A cozy gem, much better than a hotel for about the same price.

Pros: The property was very close to the airport, roughly 20 minutes and is about 10 minutes drive to downtown Austin. The property was very quiet and the neighborhood felt safe to me. It's about 5 minutes from an HEB grocery and a quick walk to a nearby market. There is every amenity inside the property that I needed. Very comfortable bed. All the possibly needed heaters or fans/AC units. There was a nice Dyson hair dryer, the little office is nice but I didn't use it. There's LOTS of windows which let in great natural light. They have a coffee maker and coffee, cream and sweetener. The kitchen is the perfect size for really just one person at a time but would work if there was a need to cook a meal. There's some cute cats that enjoy the yard too, thought, they seem to prefer to keep to themselves. Overall is was a really nice stay and I would stay again.

Cons: Nothing could have been improved.

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to UT and downtown.

Pros: Very clean and tastefully and practically decorated apartment. Plenty of comfortable space for 2 of us. Nice outdoor seating. Lots of little extras like coffee, bottled water, eco soaps, etc, that make the stay extra nice. Parking is super easy on the street and the neighborhood is quiet. Very easy drive to downtown Austin. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

Another successful vacation lol

Pros: Hosts were amazing! The place was easy to find and very nice and quiet while still being within walking distance of most places. Extremely nice place and easy instruction on check in and out. Hosts were extremely nice and offered help wherever they could! Fantastic place! 10/10 would stay again.
