We would definitely book here again for any trip to Fredericksburg.

Pros: The hot tub was our deciding factor! The house was super cute and had plenty of space for us. The beds were very comfy.

Cons: We didn't know that parking was on the street, but there was a smaller side road without thru traffic that we parked on and it was just fine. There was no place to hang up clothes in the 2 smaller bedrooms, so we all had to use the closet in the larger room.
