Cozy and affordable stay

Pros: Very quaint little cottage in a great location. You park on the street and access the property by a walkway around the main house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need to fix a quick meal.

Cons: The mattress was very uncomfortable for someone with back problems. Use caution in the shower as the floor is quite slippery.

Quiet quaint stay and hosts were attentive!

Pros: Was very clean, host met us when we drove up to supplement the texted instructions on how to enter the property, and it was very quiet (we slept all night ::).

Cons: We had to park in the street and it was a bit of an uphill trek up the hosts' driveway to get to the pathway leading to the property. That was sufficiently disclosed in the property description - I just didn't notice before booking and probably would have booked anyway. This would not be a big deal for most travelers - just more significant for us due to my husband still recovering from a back surgery earlier this year and having some walking issues. No fault of the hosts at all. This would have been a better value if we'd stayed at least 2 nights vs the 1 night we stayed, as the cleaning fee ended up being almost 3 times the literal one-night stay fee.
