Pros: I loved the house set up. It felt cozy and clean. If you needed space the rooms were perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. The host even left snacks and a Bundt cake for us, which we devoured. The kitchen and living area/dinning is spacious and inviting. It was too hot for the hot tub this time but definitely in the colder months would it be great. The outdoor area was nice. The fence is high but if you have neighbors, you're not completely covered. Lots of seating inside and out. They have outdoor games and it's kid friendly. It's close to the main street, you can walk there. Because of the heat we did not. We really enjoyed it! Thank you!

Cons: The fence wasn't high enough to give you complete privacy on both sides where there are neighbors.
