Great place to stay when visiting Fredericksburg during the Christmas season.

Pros: Quiet, very clean, everything worked as expected. Good location. VERY happy with this property.

Cons: Sit down tub/shower in one of the bathrooms was a bit awkward but I know some people might be more used to it.

Great time! Great location only 5 mins from main street, quite neighbor, comfy beds.

Pros: Location was super great only 5 mins from the main street, very quite area comfortable bed!

Cons: Cookware a little old , and .maybe a bigger mirror in the living room can be helpful

Overall it was a perfect place to enjoy before and after my wedding.

Pros: The location and the space was perfect for my girls and I to spread out.

Cons: Needed more mirrors or a desk to create a space to get ready for a wedding with 4 women was trying.

Loved the atmosphere it was welcoming and peaceful neighborhood.

Pros: Everything convenient location, layout of floor plan and patio.

Pros: We loved the location. This property was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Ther is a tub for an older person in one of the bathrooms that was awkward to use. We had to share the shower our friends were using so we wouldn’t get water everywhere.

Comfortable

Pros: Walking distance from main square. Nice living area with TV and couches where we enjoyed a movie night. Better value than other stays in the area.

Cons: Decor was a bit dated but this did not detract from my stay

Pros: We took our own meals to prepare and all the utensils, pots, pans,etc. Was provided and was great.

Cons: I noticed a smell in the restroom with the handicap shower is. I looked around and finally picked up the toilet brush next to the toilet. It was nasty. There was still dark dirty liquid in the holder and smelled bad. Not sure if the housekeeper left it like that or not. Also this isn't bad, but the instruction booklet said there would be enough firewood to start the first fire if need but there wasn't any. We just went to the heb to get some. It was no big deal but if I would've know, I would've brought some from home. The back yard lawn was a little tall too but no biggie.

Awesome family Christmas

Pros: We stayed over Christmas and wanted to cook. The house had everything we needed and more. Loved the fireplace and everything was super clean and cozy. The Christmas tree was a great addition 😊

Cons: Just saw a big spider outside 😱

Stay was excellent would definitely stay again

Pros: It was very spacious and had a cute outdoor pation
