Pros: Mike, the host, took good care of us. Super peaceful place. Feels a little like stepping back in time, and a perfect place to unplug and unwind. Great hot tub in private backyard. Front porch swing. We loved the wildlife on the property, deer, turkeys, sheep, chickens, roosters. We've already talked about returning to the property in the future.

Cozy and relaxing Fredericksburg weekend!

Pros: Felt like home away from home! The host was extremely friendly, quick to respond to inquiries, and made sure you were comfortable. It was conviently close to Main Street. It was cozy, relaxing, and the decor was so cute. The hot tub was a bonus. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Cons: Nothing that I can think of. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

Wonderful weekend stay

Pros: Country setting was very relaxing, host was very nice and helpful, the house was very comfortable, loved sitting on the porch, the hot tub was great

Rustic yet modern enough farmhouse close to everything.

Pros: Comfortable bed, great ac, nice streaming tv, close to everything but not walking distance. Cozy farmhouse.

Cons: Stove and pots and pans weren’t great. Little dusty and dark.

Pros: This place was a great find! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during our recent spring break trip. It was convenient to downtown Fredericksburg, wineries, Enchanted Rock State Park, and Luckenbach. The cottage truly had a Texas feel to it which was a nice touch - very charming!

Pros: Mike had a bottle of wine with 2 glasses set out for us in the kitchen with a nice welcome note. Loved the old world charm and furnishings of the cottage. The place was exactly as advertised in the listing.

Pros: The house was beautiful. The whole property was private and beautiful. The hot tub was awesome, especially when the nights were cool. The history of the property was awesome to read about. The location was very close but not too close to main street. Mike had left us a bottle of wine, which was very nice.

Cons: There was not one thing we didn't like.
