Pros: Excellent amenities, spacious, great for a group of girlfriends enjoying wine country!

Cons: Washing machine did not work. We had a critter in bathroom that may have crawled in but was quickly rectified.

Pros: The location was great, it was perfectly clean, comfortable beds, great back yard

House is lovely. Management situation inconvenient.

Pros: The house was perfect for our needs, and I appreciated that they put up a Christmas tree for our Christmas stay! They did allow us a late check-out.

Cons: Contacting the hosts in advance to get approval for a late check-out was a nightmare. Every time I reached out to the contact listed, I got an automated message telling me to reach out to someone else, and no one would respond from that second email. I finally got a call back from the owner who said she would get back to me to let me know if late check-out would be OK. I never did get final confirmation that we were allowed to stay late, but as no one kicked us out, I guess all's well that ends well. Also, please note - there is no full size oven in the kitchen. A toaster oven is provided which we made work for Christmas dinner.
