Comfort Inn & Suites Near Medical Center

Pros: The room was large; handicap accessible as requested. The double beds were comfortable. The shower was large, there were plenty of clean fluffy towels. The room was quiet, no noises from outside or next door.

Cons: The room was not clean, the tile floor was sticky and dirty. I requested t be cleaned, the manager stated that housekeeping were gone for the day. I asked them to provide a mop; they did not. We kept ous shoes on the entire stay. Also, the bed were not made; the linens were on the bed and the chair. I told the manager via telephone; he made not effort to have someone make the beds. I stay shave never ever ever in my hotel rentals over 35 plus years have ever had to make my own bed. I feel our stay should have been credited or provided a voucher for our rooms. I have not yet gone on Yelp or other websites to post the pictures of how I found the room BUT I do have them. It depends on how this is handled. I spoke with the attendant also when we checked. I called the manager after 9 am. I had already spoken to the manager the previous night.so he was informed when we discovered the bad wer unmade and the flo I also suffered a muscle cramp dur

Pros: Hotel location is good. Room was clean and comfortable beds

Decent for the price. Just don’t use the towels!

Pros: Room was clean and breakfast had a great selection.

Cons: The towels are stored on a shelf below the counter RIGHT NEXT TO THE TOILET. That’s unsanitary. When you flush the toilet, it is a known fact germs are spread. Keeping the towels right next to the toilet—GROSS. I didn’t use them!

Sleep was good

Pros: variety of breakfast options and the rooms were spacious

Cons: I would assume since booking to stay at the hotel parking would be included but getting to the hotel I was told I had to pay even though I had just one car no additional.

Great stay, budget friendly!

Pros: The Room was clean and spacious, great size for my family of 6. I liked the pool size not too deep but great for kids to swim in and the hot tub was actually hot and had jets, perfect for a relaxing time. They included your traditional breakfast; Waffles eggs, toast and sausage also cereal, milk and juice . Not a huge selection but good for a quick bite! Over all great experiences here and would definitely stay again.

Cons: N/A

Pros: The place was very clean and that's most important. I'm a maintenance guy for hotels and couldn't find anything wrong in the 1 night I stayed. The staff was professional and the room was very comfortable. No bugs or bad repair jobs! Nice

Cons: 2nd floor ice machine was down

Regular

Pros: Las piscinas 10 de 10 el desayuno algo corto pero lo necesario para el precio el personal de el hotel muy amables

Cons: El cuarto donde me quedé tenía un olor muy feo

My vacation was great 10/10

Pros: Upon arrival it was a quick check in and staff were helpful it was nice and clean

Cons: N/A

Great Hotel, rude front desk staff

Pros: Our 2-year-old daughter is highly allergic to mosquitoes and swells up with one bite, so the inside pool was awesome it was a salt pool. Breakfast was good eggs, sausage links, and toast cold cereal to. Housekeeping was awesome worked hard kept Everything clean towels changed out now I know why the hotel is so clean because it's not the front desk people

Cons: The front desk staff was very rude and short with their responses and had a sign if checking out have a cash deposit wait for cash deposit gentleman at the counter said sign is old we don't take cash deposits anymore and still left it there

Pros: Good location. Front staff and housekeeping were very friendly.

Cons: Nothing.
