Great value

Pros: Super convenient location for me. I always check in about the same time and leave early in the morning.

Overall a good experience

Pros: Affordable, very good for the price and staff was accommodating

Stay was as expected and went fairly uneventful. Stayed before and chose it for reason so good stay

Pros: Clean rooms, spacious bathroom and extremely comfortable bed

Cons: Having only 1/3 roll of bathroom tissue and having to get it myself from the lobby rather than housekeeping bringing it since they are the ones that didn't provide enough

Pros: I like the front desk guy, he was always very friendly and even called me back to see what I needed after I waited on hold and I hung up the phone. He was very helpful.

Cons: I didn't like if exciting off freeway from a certain way, you had to make a cross to the other leave in barely any time to make the turn without missing the entrance.

Pros: Decent facility. Room was clean, no complaints. When it was time for a shower, I turned on the water/shower head and the shower head popped off. I went to the front and they had maintenance fix it right then and there. So customer service was great. Hotel is in a great location.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente las instalaciones cómodas, Kevin nos atendió de maravilla como siempre muy amable servicial y dispuesto a ayudar además de su buen carácter.

Cons: En el baño había cucarachas el wc no funcionaba correctamente porque la manija se desprendía constantemente. La actitud de un empleado llamado Armin muy grosera enojado todo el tiempo deberían capacitarlo mejor.

Pros: The clerk was exceptionally courteous. She greeted me with a smile, attentively listened to my concerns, and made the necessary arrangements. Instead of declining, she sought a solution. The checkout process was equally seamless; the representative promptly credited my deposit and expressed gratitude for my visit.

Cons: The facility was undergoing renovations, and I was aware that the furniture was being updated. The staff consented to our request for a lower-level room to accommodate my aunt's disability. However, once we settled in, we discovered missing towels, an unclean bathroom, and a toilet without a lid. We proceeded with our stay, acknowledging that there is room for improvement.

Pros: My room was very clean,and the floor was beautiful the bed was very comfy.The staff very friendly.I will be back,to visit my brother and my sister in law .It is very close to all the city has to offer I want my same room.Room 124.Thank y'all for making my visit a great one Gloria
