Pros: Clean . The staff were great. Joseph in the bar area was very congenial.The lady manager was helpful and attentive to guests.

Pros: We stayed there to go to J-Hope’s concert, and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly, attentive, and quick. Also, honestly, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The cleanliness was top-notch. The location is perfect, with McDonald's, Denny’s, and other dining options just a 5-minute walk away. We’ll definitely be back when we have more time!

Pros: Nice, clean room. Nice staff, no bedbugs, clean mattresses. Breakfast and dinner, jacuzzi, heated pool. Cleaning every day on request.

Pros: I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Nice hotel. Spacious and extra clean rooms. Location was great for us as it was close to the conference center, however it is about 15 - 20 minutes drive from the airport and Riverwalk. They had a 5:30 - 7 pm happy hour serving light dinner and alcoholic drinks. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Pros: Staff from managers to housekeeping and security. they are attentive,kind and always present for questions and made my stay comfortable food for breakfast was fresh,served hot and tasted very good. T

Cons: i was only there for two days i wish i could stayed longer. My only complaint was ... I went to Embers restreaunt for a take out ... nobody waited on me. so i left.. I did go back the next night and ordered to go and was good

Our to go place for our next vacation to San Antonio

Pros: Breakfast was great. Parking lot had a security to protect our vehicle. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and knowledgeable.

Took a girls trip to San Antonio with my bffs n we saved a ton of $$ by eating free at the hotel

Pros: Amazing! They serve a nice hot breakfast daily, plus they have fresh popcorn n soda of your choice every afternoon, and thats not all... They also serve you a hot supper every evening, and every adult in the group gets 3 drink tickets each, for every night of your stay. The tickets will get you a glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail of your choice. All of the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfy..

Cons: No complaints!!

The check in lady at 3:00 pm was not very friendly. The check out was a nice lady and over all enjoy

Pros: Scramble eggs and potatoes was good and hot. I liked the hot breakfast that a lot of other hotels don't offer but cold donuts.

Cons: I did not like the waffle maker. The small waffles were not the size I am use to eating. The Texas size in shape.
