Homewood Suites by Hilton San Antonio Northwest

Pros: Breakfast was well stocked and divers. Beds are comfortable, room very spacious, good wifi.

Cons: Some broken (car) glass on the parking lot. Be aware to leave no belongings in your car.

I loved everything except the breakfast.

Pros: Loved the room. Very clean and I felt it was a great location to nearby to different establishments.

Cons: Breakfast was ok. I ended up with two rotting toasts, but I disposed of them, I didn't mention it to the service person because she seemed annoyed already about something else. I have stayed in several different Homewood suites, but the breakfast has never been very pleasing to me.

Big affordable rooms in a very convenient location.

Pros: Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 5 days and the space was important. The breakfast was good too, and the location fit our needs really well.

Cons: Some of the furniture was in disrepair.

Excellent

Pros: Location was close to the airport and about 20 by car to the city. Staff was exceptional. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and well stocked. I stayed for 4 nights and it was a great experience.

A Little old but very good!

Pros: A suite with full kitchen, living room and a separate bedroom. It’s a little old, it wasn’t crazy clean but it wasn’t dirty either.. few hairs in the shower.. but overall it was very nice! Perfect to go to the airport and have a little chill evening before a long flight.

Cons: It was clean but I would have appreciate to don’t find some hair in the shower or on the floor

Pros: Clean rooms, Easy check-in, friendly staff. Super comfortable beds!

Cons: All disposable plates and tableware at breakfast, not very ecological or sustainable when you consider the sheer scale of trash created in a single day, week, month, across all of your hotels.

Pros: I like how you had a great place space and the breakfast wasn’t the same everyday

Cons: How the living room doesn’t get as cold as the room it self

You have made my holiday. Thank you

Pros: Where to start, staff are so friendly, nothing is too much. The hotel and rooms are clean and have everything we needed

Cons: Nothing, I wish I had booked this chain for all my road trip stops

Fantastic

Pros: Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Great location with good restaurants within walking distance. Free parking with enough spaces. Very clean and comfortable room.

Cons: The breakfast was excellent but a bit congested with queue on the waffle maker. But it's understandable during weekends and holidays.

Comfortable suite away from home

Pros: This property was a great location and close to the hospitals and the highway.

Cons: The property was great, it could use some fresh paint but staff was friendly.
