Flex Studios

Good but smelt kinda bad

Pros: An okay location, staff were great and room was comfortable.

Cons: The cleaning products they use smelt really strong and gave us headaches. If you’re sensitive to smells and certain cleaning products don’t stay here. Check-in process was kinda unnecessarily long compared to other places.

Always a great stay . Good staff, comfy beds.

Pros: The front desk staff are very welcoming and nice . I checked in and devzze I hope I got her name right, she was very nice . I checked out when Jennifer was working who was also very nice. I have been staying there for 4. Times already. I will continue coming back . I also loved there is a security guard walking around. That made my family and I safe plus my car.

Cons: I didn’t like too much loitering . Less fortunate hanging out . I mean tbey did not bug me though. But I got all teenagers who were scared to go to the car alone and stuff .

Pros: There was no breakfast but Dennys and McDonald's are next door The room was bigger and nicer than it looks outside There is a 10pm curfew and a security guard.

Cons: The wait check-in time

When your in a jam don't strech out let the flex relax you out

Pros: The price was affordable but the stay was worth way more than I paid...impressive

Cons: 1 thing only no breakfast or soda dispenser

Pros: It is quiet compared to where I was staying people aren't watching u constantly an my kids feel safe an at peace

Cons: Had a bug in my fridge other then that its great

Pros: I like the staff and cleanliness of the rooms for the price

Pros: Jason is extremely attentive with All his customers, very pleasant and amazing employee. He's great multi tasking everytime I've been in for tokens or anything else, Thanks for making it a great stay Jason!! Wurzbach location 🤗

Cons: Loudness at night

Pros: I really like the value and location. The facility has so much potential. Customer service is usually a hit or miss. But this trip it was phenomenal. They called prior to confirm my arrival. I was provided a decent room on the front side, so safety and access were a plus.

Cons: The abuse prior guests have done. Due to the cost it attracts shady people. Definitely hate their late checking hours. I live too far away and have to go without stopping to make it on time. Stressing about a flat, accident or traffic: construction/freeway closures.

Pros: Great price, staff, location n quiet with security

Pros: All staff and security guards are very helpful and friendly. I enjoy my stay here. I work late sometimes. It's pretty quiet at night time. Also pet friendly which I love. Small deposit for my fur baby.

Cons: I don't have any complaints.
