Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Medical Center

Pros: Room, a separate small living area. Convenient. Clean and comfortable. 1st floor room access to courtyard :) Convenience to hospitals.

Cons: Exterior was unappealing.

Nice clean hotel at a great location for access to San Antonio

Pros: Staff was mostly friendly. The room was very quiet and my sleep was good. The A/C heat pump unit was nice and easy to control.

Cons: The bathroom sink had difficulty draining, making shaving not fun.

Will definitely stay here again. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff and great location

Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff and great location

Cons: N/A

Great location for the hospital complex

Pros: Needed to be at the hospital for a couple appointments and didn't want to drive back to Austin each day, this place was quiet, clean, and I could walk to grab some dinner.

Cons: Not much to complain about. The mini fridge was loud, so I just unplugged it and then plugged it back in before heading out.

Comfortable, quiet, great staff service, perfect if you need to be in the medical center area.

Pros: Staff stayed on site during bad weather conditions and took extra special care of guests

Great hotel close to hospitals.

Pros: It was close to the hospital. Clean room. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: The plugs by the bed did not work. I had an extension cord with me and was able to plug my charger and cpap machine in across the room.

Like this hotel and will return

Pros: I like that it is a smaller property located right inside medical center. This makes parking close to your room for coming and going easier. The hotel is clean and rooms are clean as well.

Cons: No breakfast options

It was a great stay!

Pros: I loved that there was always someone at the front desk, and it was kept very clean. It was a bit outdated but the lobby was wonderful and so was the room.

Cons: The walls looked abut outdated in the hallways.

Comfort

Pros: Great customer service. Great location to the hospital, restaurants and all other locations needed. The room was exceptional, clean, comfortable and easy access to step in and out.

Cons: We needed more trash bags and that we did not have conditioner in our shower. My wife likes to do her hair, we usually travel with everything but for the price we thought we would have all that.
